Digital design for users.

Studying Industrial Design allowed me to work with users to create physical outcomes. Design decisions were dictated by both secondary and primary research findings.

I have thoroughly enjoyed applying these methods of data collection for digital outcomes. Validating prototypes is the heart of how I design. My user comes first.

I continue to develop my skills through courses and create outcomes such as the one seen below.

User Experience.

I am familiar with the collection and analysis of user-centered research.

Throughout my design career I have conducted interviews, created personas, identified pain points through journey maps, and compiled findings into detailed research reports.

This information allows me to make decisions based on what is best for the end user. I am now applying what I have previously used for digital outcomes.
